Robert
B. McMahon, Chairman and CEO, formed Metro
Restaurants, Inc. in 1997, a holding and management company
which now manages eleven restaurants in the greater Tucson metropolitan
area. The properties include McMahon's Prime Steakhouse,
Metropolitan Grill, Firecracker, City Grill, Metro Grill Park
Place, Old Pueblo Grille (two locations). He is also the
managing partner for Grill on the Green and the Grill
at Torres Blancas, as well as Canoa Ranch Golf Club
and Torres Blancas Golf Club in Green Valley, just
30 miles south of Tucson.
Recently
Metro Restaurants partnered with El Charro Café, Inc.
to form El Charro Café North and El Charro
Café Speedway creating Southern Arizona's most diverse
and successful restaurant group. Collectively, the restaurants
serve more than 40,000 diners a week.
Gary
Rasmussen, Vice President of Operations and CFO,
oversees over 800 employees, including eleven general managers,
two golf professionals and an office staff of nine.
Susan
Hartzler, Human Resources Director and Office Manager,
is responsible for all employee related benefits and services,
including payroll, health and dental benefits and workers compensation.
Michael
C. Brown, Corporate Executive Chef, is responsible
for menus and policy and procedures to be applied by each Executive
Chef from every restaurant.
Rick
Grinnell, Director of Marketing and Community Relations,
is responsible for the implementation of promotions, advertising
and community relations. He is also responsible for the booking
of large parties, special events and charitable contributions.
